If you’d look at our team, you would likely ask yourself: What do a historian and a girl that spent her whole life working in tourism have in common to end up working in the same team in an IT company? Well, you’d be right, not that much when it comes to formal education. However, when it comes to having a drive for understanding all technical aspects of our product and the passion for translating that knowledge into onboarding and supporting the work of our users, then you’d see we’re all pretty much the same people!

All jokes aside, the main goal of our team is to provide the best possible support for our customers, and it takes a great deal of dedication to learn something from scratch and understand how the technology works in the background. Let’s put it like this we’ve been born as great listeners and trained to be even better communicators. And at the end of the day, doing the work that we do, makes our days fly by in great company!
